Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two Easter-centric extras. This eclectic meal plan, which includes relatively healthy dishes that won’t take all day to cook, is meant to help busy cooks plan for the week ahead! We hope this meal plan provides great ideas and delicious dishes for your family.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and has items that are perfect for Easter weekend and beyond. Our extra recipes include an Easter dessert and something to do with all those hardboiled eggs after Easter Sunday.
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Tuesday's Dinner: Grandma's Mac and Cheese
Holy cow, y'all. I have a thing for any kind of macaroni and cheese, and this rendition from Comfortably Domestic's grandmother sounds incredible. It also calls for HAM, so if you've got leftovers from Easter weekend, this is a delicious way to utilize it!
Wednesday's Dinner: German Pancakes with Idaho® Potatoes
BRINNER is a thing in our house, and it should be in yours, too, if it's not already. I love that Pastry Chef Online has given us a delightful mid-week option that has a side of potatoes, which makes this a perfect, sweet-savory meal.
Friday's Dinner: Chestnut Stuffed Pork Loin Roast
Pook's Pantry is elevating our Friday night with her Chestnut Stuffed Pork Loin Roast. Just look at that spiral! And that stuffing! Pair this gorgeous centerpiece with some roasted veggies, and we're good to start the weekend right.
Easter Leftover Idea: Deviled Egg Bruschetta
Did you dye a dozen eggs with your kids? Do you not know what to do with those eggs? I always love turning the into Deviled Egg Bruschetta because 1. deviled eggs are delicious and 2. bruschetta is my thing. If you want to do something different than egg salad, this is an awesome route to take!
